Hey all I am 21 year old male I am doing weight sessions 2 days a week Monday and Friday sometimes Wednesday cardio the question is How many calories should I eat per day? I eat lots of good food already protein & carbs it’s just how much I think I may be over eating so I don’t lose muscle. I have 6 small meals a day about 100g-200g each dinner may be a bit more.
